The seventh poop on the list.
Colombia (Trinitario) – The essence and aroma of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta region can be felt in this ceremonial quality cocoa. This cocoa owes its diverse characters to the careful work of ANEI cooperative farmers. These plantations are located among the mountains, with full attention to sustainability, biodiversity and respect for the land.
Cacao offers a unique taste experience with a creamy chocolate texture, delicate cherry nuances and a hint of coffee flavor, making it a favorite among cacao enthusiasts. Crafted with a deep connection to tradition and nature, cacao embodies the spirit of its origins, perfect for both ceremonies and conscious enjoyment.
The beans are freshly harvested, fermented and dried centrally. Fermentation takes place in staggered wooden boxes, which are moved from one box to another every two days.
The first tasting is very intimate, intimate and eloquent in its attunement. In the early days, this introduction happened spontaneously. Then I followed this special manifestation with conscious attention. Now I give myself without gaps and with the dedicated attention of almost every cell of my body, I introduce myself and call in the information that it wants to convey and that this consciousness is able to receive in this body. Years ago, this was the realization.
Just as a pearl is formed in a shell, so the events of our lives shape us. Whatever enters our lives, with its experienced quality, can become a shining treasure that can be discovered by everyone.
Today, this is added as follows:
Every event is a grindstone. Sometimes gentler, sometimes rougher. We can decide that whatever happens, we will go into it, experience it with full heart and trust, and at some point we will recognize the pearl that is hidden in the rigid shell of circumstances. Or, following the strange refraction of our ego, we can cling to the idea we have about this and about ourselves. The result of this is always disappointment, because reality does not fit into this narrow idea. Both have an outflow towards the world. One can have an impact on our immediate environment, and the other rises into the Universe and changes it there.
The eighth cocoa.
Dominican Republic (Trinitario) – San Cristobal Ceremonial Cacao is made from full-fat cocoa paste and cocoa pulp and boasts a semi-dry taste reminiscent of fine dessert chocolate. Roasted hazelnut and citrus notes give it a unique character. This cacao is made from Trinitario beans grown on small organic farms in the San Cristobal region, ensuring quality and sustainability.
The least amount of processing is used. The main goal is to leave the cocoa in its most natural state, retaining all the valuable nutrients and energy that cocoa has to offer.

Each of us creates an island in the infinite ocean of existence with our lives. We decide whether to keep it as a solitary experience or invite visitors in and allow them to connect, to marvel, to experience, to receive and to give something back to us in this special place.
This is the current addition: Everyone we meet, even if it's just a glance, a word, a gesture, carries something that we can pass on to each other in an invisible space. A quality that we can recognize and empathize with. Whatever it is, in receiving it we already sense that our consciousness, our heart, is a part of it, because it remembers this quality. But for this receiving, we must offer everything that our being represents.
The ninth cocoa.
Sao Tomé Principe (Amalonado and Trinitario) - This cocoa from São Tomé and Príncipe boasts a rich, classic chocolate flavor that reveals the true depth of the cocoa. The intense chocolate base is complemented by subtle notes of red fruits, spices and earthy notes, creating a complex and rounded flavor profile.
São Tomé, also known as the “Chocolate Island,” is located right on the equator in the Gulf of Guinea. The volcanic soil and humid tropical climate provide ideal conditions for cocoa trees to flourish.
This cocoa is grown on small farms, where farmers transport the crop to a central fermentation station. Here, the beans undergo strict fermentation standards, ensuring the highest quality. Farmers receive an additional premium for producing high-quality and organic cocoa.
Although São Tomé was one of the world's largest cocoa producers in the early 20th century, social and political changes led to a decline in production. In recent decades, investment and modern farming practices have helped revitalize the cocoa industry, combining local farming traditions with innovative techniques to improve yields, quality and community well-being.

Since this is a new cocoa, there is nothing other than the current recognition.
It showed the quality when light is born and emerges from the infinite ocean of darkness. Darkness is the supportive womb that holds and in which everything is created. This is not the absence of light, but the lap of completeness that represents all qualities. Everything is worth examining whether it still has validity in our lives. Because it may be driven only by the force of inertia and maintained by public consensus, but we are trying to maintain it with an expired warranty. Such is the general idea of darkness. It has many faces, just like love and light. What we pay attention to and are able to understand from it becomes true for us. In the light of this drink, it was crystal clear that nothing that wants to become recognizable in light can exist without darkness. Just as no painting can be seen without the canvas that receives it.
With love,
Zoltán
