Transforming Our Relationship to Reality

Transforming Our Relationship to Reality

Real change can only take place in what we have already transcended within ourselves. There is no such thing as “once circumstances change, I will change too.” This is a very inviting trap.
We are no longer living in that kind of world. We hear this more and more—spirituality is slowly becoming mainstream. Then let us allow ourselves to finally live according to what we have recognized and accepted as true.
Something does not become light simply because what is happening is no longer a challenge. It becomes light when we no longer experience the difficulty itself, but the unseen gift it carries.
A life situation, a relationship, a parent–child dynamic, a workplace condition, or any social or collective system does not primarily change on its own—it is shaped by our relationship to it.
Nothing changes if the one experiencing it remains the same in how they relate to it.
