Every moment is actually a ceremony. And there are some that carry more sacredness and are deeply touching. Yesterday was like that. A rebirth. 26 years. 25 years of marriage. We celebrated and continue to celebrate what has passed. After all, a celebration always glorifies the past. A celebration of the present can only be a full experience of it.
Thank you for all the vibrations of 26 years, but the vow we made to each other in the first minute longed to be renewed. "We will stay together as long as it makes us happy" sincerely gave way in our souls to something else, and we committed to this, which we consider more true and important now. We will stay together as long as we are able to rise together and help the other rise. Whatever happens, happens in love. We can't fall back from here.
In this celebrated reality, we welcome those who wish to be there for the Sunday cocoa ceremony. We arrive home on Saturday morning and meet on Sunday evening with those who will honor the space with their participation and everyone it embraces.
