Venezuela, Ecuador, Bali: three gates to Wholeness

The tenth cocoa on the list.
Venezuela Villa Franca (Croillo and Tiritario)

This Venezuelan cocoa from the Barlovento region is exceptionally smooth and creamy, reminiscent of a rich, milky cocoa. Its aroma is deep and complex, with an intense cocoa richness, complemented by subtle tobacco and woody notes, giving the bean elegance and distinctive character.
This cocoa undergoes a unique eight-day fermentation process, adhering to strict quality standards, and is then aged in wooden crates for six months to develop its full flavor spectrum. This meticulous process ensures a deep, round flavor, perfectly balancing the intensity of the cocoa with its silky texture. The drying process takes place naturally on sun-dried wooden platforms, enhancing the authenticity and depth of flavor of the cocoa.

These cocoa beans are grown near the village of Yaguapita in the state of Miranda, a region where the tropical climate and advanced moisture control system create ideal conditions for growing a hybrid of Criollo and Trinitario cocoa.
Also known as the “wind cycle” region, Barlovento not only provides a unique growing environment, but also contributes to the balanced and delicate flavor of the cocoa.
The first tasting is very intimate, intimate and eloquent in its attunement. In the early days, this introduction happened spontaneously. Then I followed this special manifestation with conscious attention. Now I give myself without gaps and with the dedicated attention of almost every cell of my body, I introduce myself and invite in the information that it wants to convey and that this consciousness is able to receive in this body. Since this is a new cocoa, there is nothing other than the current recognition.
He showed me an inverted hurricane funnel. The large funnel carries all physical experiences. After all, this is close to the surface. It comes into contact with events where attention and awareness land. In the middle sphere, the swirling and other kinds of events remain, which no longer originate from the physical, but contain its experiences and remnants. Here there is no longer any collision or resistance with the physical. The upper spheres are much narrower, because they offer fewer experiences that originate from the pure spiritual dimensions. Here, only the quality of all experiences exists, and a deep connection opens only towards this dimension.

The eleventh cocoa.
Ecuador(Arabia National)

Ecuadorian cocoa liquor stands out with spicy and woody notes that blend with a subtle fruitiness. The cocoa beans are grown in organic, mixed cropping environments, alongside hardwood and tropical fruit trees, naturally acquiring unique flavor notes. This cocoa does not have a strong bitterness, making it a great choice for those who prefer lighter, fruity flavors.
Ecuadorian cocoa comes from the Los Ríos region, where farms are located around the city of Vinces. In Los Ríos, cocoa trees grow in an organic mixed cropping environment alongside hardwood and tropical fruit trees. This region lies between the highlands and the Pacific coast, with lower average temperatures than other regions in Ecuador and higher rainfall. These climatic conditions give the cocoa beans a delicate and slightly bitter flavor.

The cocoa beans are hand-picked by local farmers and transported to smallholder cooperatives for fermentation and drying. They are then roasted at low temperatures to bring out the spicy and woody notes that make the "Arriba Nacional" variety so prized.

Breathing into the moment, the expansion of Wholeness itself - We were given the body, the breath exists automatically, as a gift of grace. Breathing into the moment is the ultimate surrender. I am the manifestation of who I am. The breath sustains the body, but the mind would hold everything that is invisible to the human eye. When we breathe out, we give back everything that is and has ever been happening within us. This is the all-encompassing responsibility. This is the springboard for our freedom.

The twelfth and last cocoa on the list
Bali (Trinitario)

Made from Trinitario beans grown in the volcanic soil of West Bali, in small batches, by hand, fermented, sun-dried, lightly roasted, Peeled and stone-ground, it ensures a naturally smooth and creamy cocoa experience – without bitterness or astringency.

This ceremonial cacao from Bali is softer and more flavorful than our Peruvian cacao, making it an ideal choice if you are looking for a gentle yet nourishing experience.
We work directly with over 32 farming families in West Bali. No middlemen. No quick fixes. Just real connections and real cocoa. Each block is made with intention and blessed before leaving the island.
This celebratory cacao bar reflects the soul of Bali – its soil, its spirit and its community. You’re not just drinking cacao; you’re part of something rooted, real and nourishing.

It showed the lightness that is simply a matter of attitude in any situation. This cocoa is full of bright energies. It showed a joyful walk on the beach, with the summer breeze caressing our faces and enjoying the peace of the sunlight. However, due to the low tide, the sand is still wet, so our feet leave deep marks on the shore. This is not just physical weight, but the imprint of everything we are, everything we represent. It will only be smoothed out of sight when the next tide comes in, but it will leave an eternal imprint on the Whole. A simple and unqualified question arose from this untouched space: Do you live in a way that the imprint you leave adds more to infinity than it takes away?

With love,
Zoltán
