When the self becomes quiet

If I had to describe what's happening now in one word, I would say: hm.

In these two consonants is the universe. There is enough teaching to be learned in a single day for a lifetime. The understanding of all that happens and the root of all that is filtered down is fueled by one thing: the perspective of the self. This is the starting point and the weight of the belief of billions that it is the driving force of life. Without it, we do not exist. This is the original pattern that the self creates. It clings to this to the end because it is certain that without it it does not exist.

But with the dissolution of this, reality can truly change. When there is no longer any attachment to what we once thought of as ourselves. There is only the memory of quality. With this dissolution, the patterns created by the self, the belief that carries it on, the traumas, and convictions also dissolve. Only what is remains, not clinging or clinging to anything concrete. It is recognized through the quality of our experiences so far.
